Return Policy

99 Auto Parts is happy to accept return of parts provided they have not been installed, used or damaged. In addition, the parts should be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. 99 Autoparts will make a full refund in such cases. However, if parts are installed, used, or damaged, or not returned within 21 days of receiving the order, no refund will be paid to the customer. The refund will be made within 30 days from the return of the auto part.

The customer to bear the shipping cost of the returned product. 99 Autoparts also assumes no liability for any cost or damages related to the use of the returned product.
